Discover the beauty of making ‘ukiyoe’ prints and relax in an all-day art getaway! No art experience is necessary and all materials are provided.
Carve your own block and print it together with specially pre-carved blocks to create a unique myriad of colour and design. Design your own image or use images provided. Participants will learn image transfer, block carving, paper preparation and proofing during this one-day workshop. Water-based and non-toxic, Japanese woodblock printing is a great for making prints at home.
